Sage Narada

Sage Narada is the spiritual teacher and founder of the Siddha Awareness Association.

He was born in Damar in Yemen and brought to Israel with his family in the massive Jewish immigration days of the fifties. During his childhood and early adulthood he resided in Ramt-Gan in the center of Israel.  He planned a successful career as a guitar musician and played in many bands and orchestras all over Israel. Little did he know that this aspiration would be cut asunder in light of a rare and blessed opportunity that awaited him.
In 1974, at the age of 29 he encountered a disciple of Swami Muktananda Paramahamsa who was instructed to erect a spiritual center on his behalf in the center of Israel. It is in this center, situated in the old city of Jaffa, that Sage Narada experienced his first Kundalini awakening and thus began his spiritual journey.
From that time on, Sage Narada spent the next seventeen years of his life living as a householder in the various centers presided by Sami Muktananda Paramahamsa in India, New-York, California and Canada ceaselessly practicing, living and abiding by the teachings of his spiritual teacher.
In 1991, Sage Narada returned to Israel, to his native city of Ramat-Gan and founded a colon therapy clinic. He also concluded his four-year degree in Naturopathy earning him the title of ND.
In the summer of 1998 he was instructed by his spiritual teacher to travel to a secluded retreat. Sage Narada took up a boarding room in the picturesque village of Migdal overlooking the Sea of Galilee. During his one-month stay at this resort, he was bestowed with the most coveted gift of every spiritual seeker – the supreme grace of becoming a Siddha, of attaining self-realization.
Ever since attaining Siddhahood, Sage Narada no longer works in the world for a living. As a Siddha Master, he has been endowed with the power to bestow the rare gift of shakti-pat (the awakening of the divine spiritual energy). His role is to help all those who come to him in all aspects of their lives, bestowing knowledge, love and grace in general and guiding all spiritual seekers along the same path he had tread – the path of the Siddhas just as his spiritual teacher had done for him.
